A business's most valuable resource is its people. Yet most HR software is either too complicated to use or built for companies with full HR teams. Small businesses, the ones without an HR department, are left with spreadsheets and chat threads.
We started WadataHR to change that. We believe great HR software should be accessible to everyone. And we believe AI can genuinely improve how businesses find and hire the right people, while saving real time on routine work.
What we believe
Everything we build starts from that. Hiring, onboarding, pay and records exist to serve the people doing the work, not the other way round.
Owners, managers and employees each handle the piece that belongs to them. People work moves faster when everyone does their part.
No HR department, no problem. If software needs a specialist to operate it, it was not designed for small businesses. Ours is.
